Côte Roll-out

Côte’s modern take on the classic French bistro has proved a winning formula which has fuelled the chain’s continued expansion.

Côte appointed Fileturn early on in its roll-out programme of restaurant’s with the Horsham site. Five years on, Fileturn continue to work closely with Côte’s management team in establishing the restaurant’s presence on high streets up and down the country.

The fit-outs retain Côte’s understated simplicity, featuring traditional tiles and painted plaster, oak furniture and fittings, and large windows to provide plenty of natural light. Typically, customers can dine on terraces or pavement space as well as in the main restaurant, connected by bi-folding doors built to order by Fileturn’s specialist joinery division.

Fileturn’s master craftsmen also custom-make the furniture and fittings in oak throughout, these range from the front-of-house bars, waitress stations and tables, to the vanity units in the toilets.

The Fileturn team are able to use the knowledge from previous Côte sites to hit the ground running and provide a smooth project delivery, whatever idiosyncrasies a particular building may throw up.
