Fileturn is incredibly proud to announce that one of our Site Managers, Constantin Vieriu, was nominated by the BSG for his management of Health and Safety on his projects and was awarded Site Manager of the Year for London and the South East.

The Building Safety Group act as Fileturn's external Health and Safety advisers and consultants, undertaking frequent site inspections and audits on all their projects. These audits are not just used to ensure their sites are meeting the required standards of a safe working environment and that their staff, supply chain and any visitors attending sites do so in a safe manner but the audits are also used to inform and develop site practices and processes, and any areas of Health and Safety that requires additional support or training. This can be either in the form of toolbox talks or more formal training courses.

The data recorded from these audits is also used by both Fileturn and BSG to analyse performance either as an individual, a sub-contractor or a project, and to highlight any trends.

As part of any monitoring process, it is as important to highlight and reward good practices and achievements, and as such The Building Safety Group hold an annual award ceremony to recognise and congratulate those individuals and companies that have excelled in managing Health and Safety.
