We are proud to have an unblemished Health and Safety record across all of these services and take a top down approach to ensuring that all legislation is complied with fully. We also take care to make our work as sustainable as possible and are committed to the BREEAM international benchmark system.
We are one of the few contractors to have in-house manufacturing capability through our team of expert craftsmen. We also employ a core team of specialist finishing trades to ensure no detail of a project is missed.
Employing our own people enables us to guarantee both quality and consistency – top priorities for every client. We invest in CITB-approved training and continuous development for all staff, which is rewarded in the stability of our team, most of whom have progressed their career with us over a number of years and built long term relationships with our clients.
Fileturn has a 30 year heritage as a Principal Contractor providing fit-outs and refurbishments to the highest standards and a strong record in new build work, from extensions to large scale building projects.
We are happy to work with our clients in any way they choose, whether that be the traditional model working in partnership with the client’s architect and quantity surveyor to bring their vision to life;or a turnkey service using our own design team to provide a complete design and build solution; or any variant on these methods.
Most of our projects range in scale from £200,000 to £5 million, and we also have proven success with major projects above £5 million. In addition, our Small Works team handles smaller jobs ranging from minor refurbishments to individual commissions for bespoke furniture.
We serve many international clients and embrace overseas design standards. We have invested in specialist resource to facilitate the flow of information on international projects and to help us ensure that styles and standards are conveyed accurately.
