Fileturn were appointed for this prestigious project
by Hilton Worldwide following our success with
other Hilton sites, including Bath City and Heathrow.

Won in competitive tender, this 18 week project
encompassed the complete strip out and
refurbishment of 5 floors at the top of the tower.

The 120 bedrooms and suites were completely
stripped in 5 phases of work, and refitted to the
highest standard, as would be expected in one of
London’s Park Lane five star hotels.

To ensure the consistency of project delivery,
Fileturn’s same project team, including site manager and contracts manager, have moved
from one Hilton project to the next.

Works included reconfiguration of suites and
rooms, new bathrooms, rewiring, alterations and
adaptations to ventilation and sprinkler systems,
wall and ceiling linings, decorations, furniture and
fittings. The corridors and lift lobbies have also
been completely stripped and refurbished.

Working under tight timescales and with the hotel in full occupation on all the other floors throughout the schedule, work continued day and night, in some cases, with minimal disruption to clients and staff.
